Regional Sales Executive


Job Objective:  

  • To achieve sales targets for JuanTax targeting CPA firms and freelance accountants within the designated sales territories
  • To foster good working relationships with CPA clients as they journey through the entire sales process (from interest to activation to regular subscription) and loyalty loop (recommendations/referrals)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, marketing, communications
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping experience or qualifications a plus
  • At least 2 years of BPO Sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be flexible to work shifting schedules, holidays and weekends when necessary
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospects, customers, management, and staff
  • Strong outbound telephone sales and lead generation skills
  • Experience in dealing with small to medium businesses
  • Willing to travel for work reasons

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish a connection with the customer by getting to know their business and assisting the customer during the setup process
  • Communicate with the customer via the phone, email, Skype or Google Hangouts to provide information about products or services
  • Schedule phone or Skype call meetings with clients to find out about their business and providing assistance based on their needs and requirements
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits, and application of JuanTax
  • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and tactics
  • Maintain documentation and sales records

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time Job
  • 9 hours shift (8 working hours + 1 hour Lunch Break)
  • Work schedules shall follow Philippines hours and holidays or as determined necessary by management.
  • Fixed weekends off
