Dear Sir/Madam,

Previously I Filed MY MONTHLY PERCENTAGE RETURN since the last payment was NO PAYMENT has been made, the Bank directed me to go to RDO to validate the return but they said there is no more monthly percentage tax but quarterly, I filled the 1701Q TAX RETURN ON LINE, IN LIEU OF THE MONTHLY PERCENTAGE TAX WHICH I DID NOT FILE anymore, hence I prepared the quarterly Income Tax Return, my question is what return/s did I missed to file eventhough there is no payment made? Is there any penalty I have to pay? I am an individual self-employed tax payer. I filed returns on or before due date. thanks for your reply.
