The Bureau of Internal Revenue as of November 5, 2020, gave Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 118-2020 (RMC no. 118-2020) which is effective immediately. The subject of this memorandum is “Availability of Offline Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms (eBIRForms) Package Version 7.7”.
This circular was issued to spread the word on the availability of the offline eBIRForms Package version 7.7 which can be downloaded from the following sites:
Package Version 7.7 now includes the January 2018 version of the following forms:
