What is this file?

Also known as Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases, SLSP files supports the third party information program of the BIR via cross referencing with the information presented in the taxpayer’s list of sales/purchases.

Who needs to file?

  • Sales
    SLSP files needs to be accomplished by VAT taxpayers with quarterly total sales/receipts which exceeds for up to P2,500,000.00.
  • Purchases
    Only those businesses with quarterly VAT net of goods/services which includes importation which goes over to one million pesos (1,000,000.00) are required to submit this list of purchases.

When to file?

SLSP list of both sales/purchases should be submitted on or before the 25th day of the month after the close of taxable quarter.

Please take note that your tax forms will be sent electronically to the BIR until 9pm. Any forms that will be sent beyond that filing deadline will be transmitted within the next business day.
