Marvin is greatly passionate about technology and its applications in making processes more convenient for all. With his passion for technology and his expertise in cloud computing and accounting, Marvin founded Double Rule in 2013. Double Rule is a cloud technology accounting firm that was awarded as Xero’s 2014 Accounting Partner of the Year for the United States. Though he had been serving US clients primarily, he had the urge to fulfill his responsibility to his profession by helping his fellow Filipino accountants improve and grow their practice through technology. Marvin developed JuanTax, a cloud-based tax platform that automates tax preparation, books of accounts, and financial reports. Times are constantly changing, and fast; he made JuanTax as a way for accountants to easily adapt and survive.

Like Marvin, Jenny concerns herself on how to make processes, specifically accounting processes, more efficient. Because of this, she became the powerhouse of all JuanTax operations. With her leadership, accounting firms, business owners, and even self-employed individuals can conduct their businesses more efficiently with JuanTax. While being the Chief Operating Officer for JuanTax, she also manages Double Rule alongside Marvin. Before co-founding JuanTax and Double Rule, Jenny was an Accounting Supervisor for Theorem LLP – USA. There, she managed international accounts by performing financial analyses and advisories.

Dennis became an integral part of The United State’s fight against terrorism. He became a support for the US Military Scientists and Analysts and worked with them on the Nexus 7 project in Afghanistan. They were working on war-zone deployment research for the Defense Advanced Research Project (DARPA). After working for the US Government, Dennis became a software engineer for companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Sotera Defense Solutions, and California Virtual Academies. With a very decorated resume, he now serves as the Chief Technical Officer for JuanTax. Dennis is the man responsible for materializing all the technical goals and aspects of the JuanTax platform.

Ron has over 30 years of corporate experience across several industries. Notably, he was the former President of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for several Asian markets, and prior to that was regional marketing manager of Eastman Kodak Asia Pacific. Today, Ron shares his knowledge from his years of experience as a senior management and marketing consultant. As a consultant, he wore multiple hats including interim country manager at Mineski Philippines, president of GG Company Inc., and Chief Revenue Officer at JuanTax. He is also a master corporate trainer with Catalyst Training and Consultancy Inc. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Enderun Colleges teaching a class in Modern Marketing Strategies.

Stanley is an investment banker with extensive corporate finance, cross-border M&A, and capital raising transaction experience. After graduating from Ateneo de Manila University with Latin Honors, he became a Manager at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Soon after, he worked for Mitchell Madison Group where he created strategies, operations, and supply chain consulting specializing in the financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare industries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Further, into his career, he became a director and shareholder of Mabuhay Capital, a company that provides financial advisory services. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Paulton and Company, a specialist financial advisory firm.

Rafael heavily focuses on public policy issues and legal implications of financial technology, digital assets, and blockchain technology. He serves as the legal, regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements of various fintech startups, cryptocurrency, and blockchain projects. Having in mind the quickly developing fintech space, he properly guides clients on legal developments as well as advocates and represents them in championing sensible regulatory frameworks. Rafael graduated as class valedictorian from San Beda College with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2009. He worked as the Head of Legal and Compliance at SCI Ventures back in 2018. Now, he is a Professor of Law at San Beda Alabang School of Law. At the same time, Rafael Padilla is the Legal Director of Farcove Consulting. Rafael also authored the book Fintech: Laws & Principles.

Mark is an accountant with ten years of experience behind him. Up until May of 2021, he was the Business Director of MTL Cebu Business Outsourcing Solution Inc. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Property Selling and Rental Solutions Inc. He founded Cebu Accountants in 2013 and co-founded MyCloudAccountant in 2019. Using his expertise in XERO and Quickbooks, he assists foreign companies that are starting businesses in the Philippines with local business registrations and processes. As of 2021, Mark Lofranco has been helping small businesses in Vancouver in bookkeeping using XERO and Quickbooks.

Raymund is currently the Managing Partner and Tax Consultant at Manaig, Manaig & Co., CPAs. He has expertise in Philippine taxation on PEZA/BOI Entities, Information Technology, Agriculture, Trading, Manufacturing, and Services. Besides the mentioned expertise, Raymund also does BIR investigations, conducts DPD seminars, and Training on cloud accounting platforms.

Rovelyn is an experienced Audit Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Management, and Auditing. She is a strong accounting professional with a degree of BSBA-Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration. Rovelyn is currently a CPA-Public Practice for RQOLAYA Accounting Office.Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, management, and auditing, Rovelyn is an experienced Audit Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. She is an accomplished accounting professional with a degree of BSBA-Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration. She took a Paralegal Training Program in Law and Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the University of the Philippines. Rovelyn is currently a CPA-Public Practice for RQOLAYA Accounting Office.
